Research on Incentive Strategy of Time-of-Use Electricity Price for Large-Scale Industry Based on Demand Price Elasticity Matrix
The time-of-use electricity pricing mechanism is one of the most effective ways of price-based demand side response mechanisms. The implementation of time-of-use pricing can effectively suppress the fluctuation of distribution network load curve, thereby improving the reliability of distribution network oper-ation.This paper proposes a user response model based on the demand price elasticity matrix, which is based on the real daily load curve of large industrial users in a high-tech zone of a city in Anhui Province, and takes the"peak shaving and valley filling"effect of the load curve as the optimal goal to establish a peak-valley time-of-use price optimization model that can more fully reflect the load changes of large in-dustrial users in the urban power grid.A peak-valley time-of-use electricity price system for user demand side response is established, and the decision-making model is solved by particle swarm optimization(PSO).The authenticity and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified through numerical exam-ples,providing theoretical and technical support for the reliable operation of the distribution network and cost saving for large industrial users.
