膜分离技术在发电机氢气提纯中的应用

发电机氢气纯度偏低是各发电机组的典型缺陷,氢气纯度的下降会增大发电机通风损耗,影响机组运行,增加机组运维成本.针对目前发电机氢气纯度下降问题,从多角度分析了氢气纯度下降的常见原因,并简要介绍了常用氢气提纯技术的基本原理、工作条件和优缺点.文章通过基于膜分离技术的氢气提纯装置应用于燃气机组后,在2 天内即可将发电机氢气纯度提高至98%以上并始终保持高纯度水平,有效解决了发电机的氢气纯度问题,对发电机组氢气提纯装置的设计和选型具有一定借鉴作用.
Application of Membrane Separation Technology in Hydrogen Purification of Generators
The low hydrogen purity of the generator is a common defect in each generator unit.The de-crease in hydrogen purity will increase the ventilation loss of the generator,affect the operation of the unit and increase the maintenance cost.This paper analyses the common reasons for the low hydrogen purity of a generator unit from multiple perspectives,and briefly introduces the basic principles,working condi-tions,advantages and disadvantages of commonly used hydrogen purification technologies.After the hydro-gen purification device based on membrane separation technology is applied to the gas generator unit,the hydrogen purity of the generator can be increased to over 98%within 2 days and maintained at a high puri-ty level,which effectively solves the problem of hydrogen purity,providing reference for the design and se-lection of hydrogen purification device for the generator.
