Design and Application Research of Intelligent Hard Strap Controller
This paper examines the challenges associated with remote switching and manual inspection of the hard strap device during substation operations,and proposes an intelligent hard strap controller.The controller mainly consists of a control unit and an actuator,realizing remote monitoring and control of the hard strap's operational status,clock synchronization and log preservation,which facilitates prompt pro-cessing of the hard strap's switching,eliminates potential safety hazards in operation,and provides strong support for intelligent operation of substations.
