Research on Problems of Legal Advisory Units'Participation in Governance of Colleges and Universities
The institution of legal advisor in colleges and universities in China has taken shape,but the system construction,working mode and operation mechanism in colleges and universities are still in the stage of improvement.Based on the legal advisory units' real work as well as the necessity of the system and the categories of legal affairs,this paper puts forward effective ways for legal advisory units to partici-pate in school governance,which is expected to straighten out the relationship between colleges and legal advisory units,better play the role of legal advisory units in important matters related to schools,legal re-view of decision-making,improvement of rules and regulations,and handling of major events,and to serve the improvement of both governance system and governance capacity in colleges and universities.
