The waste heat boiler is one of the three main engines of the domestic incineration power plant and its safe and stable operation plays a key role in the production and operation of the domestic waste pow-er plant.There are many serious problems in the actual operation of waste heat boilers,especially the fre-quent occurrence of tube explosions and leakages on the heating surface.The paper describes in detail the leakage process and cause analysis of the superheater of a waste heat boiler in a domestic waste power plant,and puts forward targeted prevention and control measures,which can provide reference for the pro-fessional technical personnel in the same type of waste incineration power plant.
