生物质热电联产及垃圾焚烧发电一体化工程设计

城乡农林秸秆处置和生活垃圾处置是和美乡村建设过程中突出的现实问题,目前国内农林生物质电厂及生活垃圾焚烧电厂多分开设计,以致整体造价较高.文章以皖北某农林生物质热电联产及生活垃圾焚烧一体化工程为例,探索一体化设计思路.介绍了一体化项目生物质热力系统、垃圾焚烧余热发电系统、烟气处理系统等主要系统的选型思路,分析了厂区平面布置、主生产区布置、主厂房布置、汽机房布置等工程设计内容,为一体化项目设计提供参考与借鉴.
Integrated Engineering Design of Biomass Cogeneration and Waste Incineration Power Generation
In the construction of harmonious and beautiful villages,the disposal of urban and rural agricul-tural and forestry straw and domestic waste has become a prominent practical issue.Nowadays,most of the domestic agricultural and forestry biomass power plants and domestic waste incineration power plants are designed separately,so the overall cost is high.Taking an integrated project of agricultural and forestry bio-mass cogeneration and domestic waste incineration in northern Anhui as an example,this thesis explores the integrated design idea.It introduces the selection ideas of main systems,such as biomass thermal sys-tem,waste incineration waste heat power generation system and flue gas treatment system,analyzes the en-gineering design contents of plant layout,main production area layout,main workshop layout and steam turbine room layout,so as to provide reference for the design of integrated projects.
