某电站锅炉TP347H钢制过热器管失效分析

文章通过宏观检查、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、微观组织分析和能谱(Energy Disper-sive Spectrometer,EDS)元素分析等方法分析了某电站锅炉TP347H钢制过热器管失效原因.结果显示,该过热器管受锅炉启停炉和负荷大幅升降的影响,在管内壁形成热疲劳裂纹,随着微裂纹快速萌生和扩展,最终发生爆管.最后,从机组检修和运行角度给出了监督建议.
Failure Analysis of TP347H Steel Superheater Tube in a Power Plant Boiler
This paper analyzes the failure reason of a TP347H steel superheater tube in a coal-fired power unit,through the macro inspection and analysis,chemical composition analysis,mechanical performance testing,microstructure analysis and EDS element analysis.The results show that the superheater tube is af-fected by the start-up and shutdown of the boiler,as well as significant fluctuations in load,leading to the formation of thermal fatigue cracks on the inner wall of the tube.As these micro-cracks rapidly initiated and expanded,it ultimately led to the pipe explosion.Finally,supervisory recommendations were provided from the perspective of unit maintenance and operation.
