Realization of Automatic Cleaning Function of Slag Crusher in Thermal Power Plant
This paper mainly discusses the method of realizing the remote automatic cleaning function of the slag crusher,in order to improve the reliability of the protection action of the slag crusher in the boiler slag discharge system.First of all,the local programmable logic controller(PLC)control function is can-celed,and the slag crusher control and related measurement signals are directly sent to the distributed con-trol system(DCS).Then,the measuring sensor of the slag crusher is added to realize double redundancy protection and improve the reliability of the slag crusher protection action.Finally,the control logic is opti-mized in the DCS,using"and gate","or gate","not gate","delay"and other common logic function blocks,in the premise of ensuring that the slag crusher machine does not overheat and burn out,to achieve the slag crusher remote automatic positive and negative control and the remote automatic clearance.After the implementation of the project,the transformation results are verified by no-load test.The test results are good,and the automatic clearance of the slag crusher is realized.
