针对发电机结构共振故障,从发电机结构原理切入,分析了共振产生的可能原因,归纳了发电机结构共振故障的振动特征,并结合某 600 MW火力发电机组振动超标故障治理过程,总结了两种常用于减缓发电机结构共振的措施,并建议利用有效窗口期对已知的结构振动问题采取合理的处置.
Research and Treatment of Resonance Problems in Generator Structures
In view of the generator structure resonance fault,this paper starts from the principle of genera-tor structure,analyzes the possible causes of resonance and summarizes the vibration characteristics of gen-erator structural resonance.Combined with the treatment of a excessive vibration of a 600 MW thermal pow-er unit,two measures commonly used to slow down generator structural resonance are summarized.It is also recommended to take reasonable measures to solve the structural resonance problem in the effective window period.
