Design and Application of Skills Training Platform for the Whole Process of 110 kV Substation Switching Operation
Switching operation is the basic work for operation and maintenance personnel and it is of great practical significance to strengthen the skill training.On the basis of a 110 kV hybrid simulation substation,this paper develops the intelligent evaluation system for operation ticket invoicing skills and intelligent anti-error operation subsystem.The new systems fill the gaps in the training of 110 kV substation switching oper-ation ticket and anti-error operation,which support the training of the whole process skills of 110 kV sub-station switching operation.The new system can greatly improve the correctness and proficiency of the switching operation invoicing,and improve the training quality and effectiveness of the practical training program of the switching operation.
