微塑料对典型模式生物的毒性效应研究进展

环境中的新兴污染物——微塑料(microplastics,简称MPs)不仅能通过各种途径进入生物体内产生毒性效应,还易在迁移转化过程中释放有毒化学物质加剧其对生物体的潜在毒性作用.因此,微塑料对生物的毒性效应日益成为环境领域近年来的研究热点.笔者通过对大量文献调研,归纳总结了微塑料对生物毒性效应的影响因素,探讨了微塑料对典型模式生物毒性效应与机制的研究现状,旨在对微塑料未来研究方向提供一定参考.
Research progress on toxic effects of microplastics on typical model organisms
Microplastics(MPs),as new pollutants in the environment,can not only enter organisms and produce toxic effects via various ways,but also aggravate potential toxic effects on organisms by releasing toxics during migration and transformation.Therefore,the toxic effects of microplastics on organisms have increasingly become a research hotspot in the environmental field in recent years.Based on a large number of literature,the influencing factors of microplastics on biological toxicity were summarized.Moreover,the research status of toxic effects and mechanisms of microplastics on typical model organisms were also discussed.The aboves would provide references for further research on microplastics.
