Based on field survey and mapping,both of high-density electrical and magnetotelluric methods were applied to the landslide of the Wangshan Formation,Yueyuan Village,Shexian County,Huangshan City,Anhui Province,and drilling data were used for cross check.The results show that the resistivity parameters can well reflect the characteristics of stratigraphic distribution and spatial distribution of the landslide in the study area,which are effectively verified by the drilling data.The Wangshan landslide is locally rich in water,and there is a hydraulic connection in the water-rich area,which is the potential source that drives the landslide.It is inferred that the ancient slope was partly immersed in rainwater,resulting in slope sliding.The joint use of these two methods has been proved effective and provided reference data for furthering research on the formation mechanism and control of landslides in Huangshan City.
