为了有效地遏制矿井水害事故的发生,保障"煤-水"双资源矿井安全生产,以淮北煤田五沟煤矿1010区段第四含水层为研究对象,通过对松散含水层进行注浆改造并提出工程实施方案.经现场验证,结果表明:注浆改造可提高煤炭开采的安全保障程度和资源回收率;注浆改造可将含水层转化为隔水层,彻底消除了水害隐患,实现源头治理,为安全性矿井建设提供了保障;注浆改造可以使第四含水层的含水性质得到改变,从而在煤层开采施工时,薄基岩因含水性质的改变结构更加稳定,进一步提高了煤矿开采的安全性.现场效果分析:安全可靠,可为五沟煤矿安全开采提供借鉴.
In order to effectively curb the occurrence of mine water hazard and ensure the safe production of mines concerning both coal and water resources,focusing on the fourth aquifer of Section 1010 of the Wugou coalmine in the Huaibei coalfield,we put forward grouting reworking on the loose aquifer and gave an implementation plan.As a result,the grouting reworking can improve the safety of coal mining and the recovery of resources.The aquifer can be changed into water-proof layer by grouting,which completely eliminates the mine water risk and realizes the source control.The water-bearing property of the fourth aquifer was thus changed by grouting,and the thin bedrock structure became more stable even in coal mining.The practice proved safe and reliable,providing a reference for the safe production in the Wugou coalmine.
