像控点数据库建设及管理系统研究

像控点是遥感、卫星影像生产等测绘工作的基础控制点.随着测绘地理信息技术的不断发展,测绘产品需求日益旺盛,建立像控点数据库及其管理系统意义重大.本文以1∶10000基础测绘项目生产的像控点成果为例,进行整理、分析,实现不同时间、空间的像控点叠加,利用文件数据库(File Geodatabase)进行空间数据存储.以C#为主要开发语言,设计并构建像控点管理系统,实现零散及格式不统一成果的一体化管理,提升像控点生产的工作效率及像控点的利用价值.
Image control points are the basic control points for remote sensing,satellite image production and other mapping work.With the development of surveying and mapping geographic information technology,the demand for surveying and mapping products is increasingly strong,so it is of great significance to establish image control point database and its management system.Focusing on the 1∶10000 basic mapping project,this paper sorts out and analyzes its results of image control points to realize the superposition of image control points of different time and space,and use File Geodatabase for spatial data storage.With C#as the main development language,the image control point management system is designed and constructed to realize the integrated management of scattered and different-format results,and improve the work efficiency and utilization value of image control points.
