药学专业"有机化学"课程教学评价体系探索与应用
Exploration and Application on the Teaching Evaluation System of"Organic Chemistry"for Pharmacy Major

摘要
针对我校药学专业"有机化学"课程考核方式中存在的不足,探索并实践了形成性评价与终结性评价相结合的评价体系在"有机化学"教学中的应用,其中形成性评价包括5项考核指标:课堂表现(10%)、记分作业(10%)、阶段测试(10%)、思维导图(10%)、学习笔记(10%).教学实践表明,在教学评价体系中融入形成性评价,有助于学生有效管理学习过程,提升学习主动性并强化学习效果;有利于教师更新教学理念,不断优化教学方案,促进教师"教"和学生"学"协同发展.
Abstract
In view of the shortage in the assessment methods of organic chemistry course for pharmacy major in our school,the application of the evaluation system combining formative evaluation with summative evaluation in the teaching of Organ-ic Chemistry was explored and practiced.The formative evaluation included 5 assessment indicators:classroom performance(10%),scoring assignments(10%),stage tests(10%),mind mapping(10%)and learning notes(10%).The teaching practice showed that the integration of formative evaluation into the teaching evaluation system helping students effectively managing the learning process,enhancing their learning initiative and strengthening the learning effect.It was beneficial for teachers to update their teaching concepts,constantly optimize their teaching programs,and promote the coordinated de-velopment of teachers′"teaching"and students′"learning".
