Effect of Preparation Conditions on the Synergistic Performance of V2O5-CeO2/TiO2 Catalysts for Denitrification and Dioxin Removal
The V2O5-CeO2/TiO2 catalyst was prepared by the constant volume impregnation method. The effects of the differ-ent preparation conditions(V2O5/CeO2 ratio, supporting sequence, calcination temperature and GHSV)on the synergistic denitrification and dioxin removal performance of the catalyst were investigated. The results showed that the catalysts were uniformly dispersed on the surface of the support.Using the co-impregnation method, the catalyst with the V2O5/CeO2 mass ratio of 1∶3 and the calcination temperature of 550℃ has a better performance of synergistic denitrification of dichloroben-zene.The denitrification rate was 93%and the removal rate of dichlorobenzene reached 90%at 200℃.
