摘要

以马齿苋为原料,选取超声波辅助法对其中的总酚进行提取测定.通过单因素实验探究了超声时间、乙醇浓度、超声温度、料液比对多酚得率的影响.在单因素实验基础上,结合响应面分析法优化提取工艺.实验表明:超声时间为114 min,提取温度为66℃,料液比为1∶28(g/mL),乙醇体积分数为34%时,多酚得率最高,为44.02%.

Abstract

In this study,the total phenols in purslane were extracted by ultrasonic-assisted method.The extraction time,the ethanol concentration,the extraction temperature and the feed-to-liquid ratio were investigated by single fac-tor experiment according to absorbance of the total phenols in purslane.Based on the single factor experiments,the ex-traction technology was optimized by response surface test.The analysis of the experimental data showed that the extrac-tion time was 114 min,extraction temperatureand was 66℃,the feed-to-liquid ratio was 1∶28(g/mL),and the volume-fraction of ethanol was 34%,the extraction rate of total phenols reached the highest,was 44.02%.
