Study on Extraction Process Technology of Total Phenols from Purslane
In this study,the total phenols in purslane were extracted by ultrasonic-assisted method.The extraction time,the ethanol concentration,the extraction temperature and the feed-to-liquid ratio were investigated by single fac-tor experiment according to absorbance of the total phenols in purslane.Based on the single factor experiments,the ex-traction technology was optimized by response surface test.The analysis of the experimental data showed that the extrac-tion time was 114 min,extraction temperatureand was 66℃,the feed-to-liquid ratio was 1∶28(g/mL),and the volume-fraction of ethanol was 34％,the extraction rate of total phenols reached the highest,was 44.02％.
