Preparation of Flocculating Bacteriological Proteins from Perylene Dye Wastewater Treated by Photosynthetic Bacteria
First, photosynthetic bacteria were acclimated, and the growth density curve of photosynthetic bacteria was drawn. It was found that the optimal time for harvesting flocculant mycelium protein was 10 d.The waste water of 1 L perylene dyes was taken at room temperature and the optimal treatment conditions were obtained, that is,the pH was adjusted at 7.5,0.8 g calcium carbonate was added, the optimal dosage of basic nutrient solution was 6 mL,the treat-ment time was 10 d,and the flocculating bacteriome protein output reached 112.4 g/L(waste water).Through the analy-sis and identification of thallus protein, the substance was found to be glycoprotein. Finally, after a month of feeding comparison experiment,it is proved that the flocculated mycelin protein can be used as fish feed.
