摘要
以芳基硫脲和异氰为起始原料,1,8-二氮杂双环[5.4.0]十一碳-7-烯(DBU)为催化剂,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂,于室温下通过一锅法反应制备系列5-氨基咪唑化合物,通过核磁、高分辨质谱、熔点等表征手段确认结构.同时,通过MTT比色法对该化合物的生物活性进行了研究,结果表明,其对肿瘤细胞活性有较强的抑制作用,为开发新型抗癌药物提供了思路.
Abstract
In the paper,we synthesis of a series of 5-aminoimidazole compounds by one pot reaction at room tempera-ture,with aryl thiourea and isocyanide as starting materials,DBU as catalyst,and DMF as solvent.Then confirm the structure through NMR,HRMS(ESI),and m.p..Meanwhile,the biological activity of the compounds were studied by MTT,and the results showed that them have a strong inhibitory effect on tumor cells,it provides ideas for the develop-ment of new anticancer drugs.
