Study on Preparation and Performance of Integrated Filter Media for Dust Removal and Denitrification
In this paper, cerium nitrate, ammonium metvanadate, etc.are used as the main raw materials, and the cat-alyst precursor slurry is prepared by heating, stirring and mixing, and the slurry is loaded to the substrate filter materi-al by surface impregnation method, and the integrated filter material for dust removal and denitrification is formed by calenching, drying and calcination. The effects of impregnation method, filtration wind speed and load on the efficiency of dust removal and denitrification were studied, and the catalyst stability, wear resistance and anti-water,anti-sulfur and anti-alkali poisoning properties of the filter material were verified.By SEM and XRD analysis, the results show that the denitration efficiency of two-step impregnation method is 60%~95%when the load of filter material is 352 g/m2 and the filter wind speed is 0.4 m/min.Under the temperature range of 160℃~220℃,the surface catalyst loss rate is only 1.1%under the injection pressure of 0.6 MPa.The filter material has better wear resistance and filtration perfor-mance than the conventional filter material(in 1 μm dust particle size filtration, filtration efficiency can reach 99.87%),with good water, sulfur and alkali metal resistance.
