摘要

采用原子荧光光谱法测定化探样品中分散元素锗含量,对影响测定锗含量的几个主要因素,如仪器负高压、灯电流、溶液介质、载流、还原剂以及前处理方式等进行了系统的分析研究,确定了最佳的测定条件,完善了原子荧光光谱法测定化探样品中锗含量的分析方法,取得了满意的结果.

Abstract

This article uses atomic fluorescence spectroscopy to determine the dispersed element germanium content in geochemical exploration samples,and systematically analyzes and studies several main factors that affect the determina-tion of germanium content,including instrument negative high voltage,lamp current,solution medium,current carri-er,reducing agent,and pre-treatment method.This article has determined the optimal measurement conditions through the analysis and research of the above factors,improved the analytical method of atomic fluorescence spectrometry for determining germanium content in geochemical exploration samples,and achieved satisfactory measurement results.
