非甾体镇痛消炎类药物电化学传感技术研究进展

非甾体镇痛消炎类药物通常具有解热、抗炎与镇痛的功效,在临床上广泛使用.近年来,此类药物滥用所引起的人体健康威胁与环境污染日益严重,因而及时了解非甾体镇痛消炎类药物在血液与环境中的浓度,对于健康管理和环境保护具有重要的意义.对对乙酰氨基酚、阿司匹林和布洛芬三种非甾体药物电化学传感器的构建进行系统总结,并对此类电化学传感器未来的发展方向进行展望.
Research Progress on Electrochemical Sensing Technology of Nonsteroidal Analgesic and Anti-inflammatory Drugs
Nonsteroidal analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs usually have antipyretic, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, which are widely used in clinical practice. In recent years, the abuse of such drugs has led to increasing threats to human health and environmental pollution, and keeping abreast of the concentration of nonsteroidal analgesic and anti-in-flammatory drugs in the blood and environment. It is of great significance for health management and environmental protec-tion. In this paper, the construction of electrochemical sensors for Acetaminophen, Aspirin and Ibuprofen is systematically summarized. In addition, the future development direction of this kind of electrochemical sensor is expected.
