叶面喷施液体肥料对草莓品质及经济效益的影响

以红颜草莓为试验对象,在土壤理化性能测试的基础上设计液体型大、中、微量元素水溶肥料,在常规施肥的基础上增加叶面施肥,旨在补充土壤亏缺元素和对草莓进行营养调理,考查叶面施肥对草莓品质与经济效益的影响.田间结果表明:增加叶面施肥,草莓果实可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、维生素C、类黄酮、总酚、花青素含量和单果重分别平均提高9.57%、5.42%、22.28%、32.78%、13.73%、22.25%和23.28%,K、Ca、Mg、Zn、Mn、Fe、Cu矿物质含量也明显提高;第一、二茬草莓平均增产22.85%,每0.0667 hm2纯增收1700元以上,增加叶面施肥的产投比在8以上.
Effect of Foliar Liquid Fertiliser on the Quality and Economic Efficiency of Strawberries
Based on the soil physical and chemical properties test, we designed liquid-type water soluble fertilizer with large, medium and micro elements, and added foliar fertilizer to the conventional fertilizer application, aiming to sup-plement soil deficient elements and nutrient conditioning of strawberry, and investigated the effect of foliar fertilization on strawberry quality and economic benefits. The field results showed that the soluble solids, soluble sugars, vitamin C, flavonoids, total phenols, anthocyanins and fruit weight of strawberry fruit increased by 9.57%, 5.42%, 22.28%, 32.78%, 13.73%, 22.25% and 23.28%, respectively, and K, Ca, Mg, Zn, Mn, Fe and Cu minerals also increased significantly. The average yield of the first and second strawberry crop increased by 22.85%, and the net income of hect-are increased by more than 1700 yuan, and the production and investment ratio of increased foliar fertilization was above 8.
