摘要
采用热压烧结法制备Ag-Ti3SiC2-MeO复合材料.体积分数为Ag-20%Ti3SiC2-10%MeO(La2O3、Bi2O3、CeO2和In2O3)的致密度分别为92.3%、99.44%、89.56%和91.4%.体积分数为Ag-20%Ti3SiC2-5%MeO(La2O3、Bi2O3、CeO2和In2O3)致密度分别为96.82%、98.87%、92.79%和95.55%.增加MeO有助于提高Ag-Ti3SiC2-MeO复合材料的润湿性,Ag-20%Ti3SiC2-5%MeO(La2O3、Bi2O3、CeO2和In2O3)的接触角分别为60.4°、60.5°、66°和51°.
Abstract
Ag-Ti3SiC2-MeO composites were prepared by hot pressing sintering. The density of Ag-20% Ti3SiC2-10% MeO (La2O3, Bi2O3, CeO2 and In2O3) is 92.3%, 99.44%, 89.56% and 91.4% respectively. The density of Ag-20% Ti3SiC2-5% MeO (La2O3, Bi2O3, CeO2 and In2O3) is 96.82%, 98.87%, 92.79% and 95.55% respectively. The wettability of Ag-Ti3SiC2 composites was improved by adding MeO. The contact angles of Ag-20% Ti3SiC2-5% MeO (La2O3, Bi2O3, CeO2 and In2O3) are 60.4°,60.5°,66°and 51° respectively.
