摘要

将埃洛石(HNT)添加到玻璃纤维/玻璃空心微珠/尼龙66(GF/HGS/PA66)复合材料中,探究不同含量埃洛石对复合材料密度和力学性能的影响.结果表明:添加3wt%的埃洛石到GF/HGS/PA66复合材料时,复合材料的力学性能增强效果最好,相对于单独添加空心玻璃微珠,复合材料的密度仅增加3.0%,但弯曲强度、弯曲模量、拉伸强度和缺口冲击强度分别提高了14.5%、17.0%、9.4%和31.9%.

Abstract

The effects of different content of halloysite(HNT)on the density and mechanical properties of glass fiber/hol-low glass spheres/nlyon 66 GF/HGS/PA66 composites were investigated by adding halloysite into the composites. The re-sults show that adding 3wt% halloysite to GF/HGS/PA66 composite has the best mechanical strengthening effect. Com-pared with hollow glass spheres alone, the density of the composite increases by only 3.0%, but the flexural strength, flexural modulus, tensile strength and notched impact strength increase by 14.5%,17.0%,9.4% and 31.9%,respectively.
