介绍了一种利用负载型催化剂将3-甲基吡啶催化脱甲基合成吡啶的研究,系统地考查了催化剂制作成分、反应温度、反应气量、反应浓度等因素的影响,筛选出合适的催化剂成分及反应条件.经过筛选,在最合适的催化剂及最佳反应条件下,3-甲基吡啶能够较好较快地脱甲基生成吡啶,吡啶收率达到55%,3-甲基吡啶转化率达到80%,选择性为70%左右.该工艺简单快捷,节能环保,催化剂可以重复使用.
Study of Pyridine Synthesis from 3-Methylpyridine
This paper introduces the study of a supported catalyst for the synthesis of 3-methyl pyridine, systematically in-vestigated the catalyst composition, reaction temperature, reaction volume, reaction concentration and other factors, and screened out the appropriate catalyst composition and reaction conditions. After screening, the most appropriate catalyst and the optimal reaction conditions, 3-methyl pyridine can better faster methyl pyridine, pyridine yield of 55%, 3-methyl pyridine conversion of 80%, selectivity is about 70%, the process is simple and quick, energy saving and environmental protection, catalyst can be used repeatedly.
