The effect of different types of surfactants on chlorhexidine acetate was investigated and the optimal ratio was de-termined. Laboratory research was carried out on the bactericidal effect of chlorhexidine acetate hand sanitizer by suspension quantitative sterilization test, and it was found that the sterilization rate of 0.5％ chlorhexidine acetate hand sanitizer on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli was >90％ for 2 min, and the foaming power of the epiactivation system was good.
