Evaluation of Antibacterial and Foaming Effects of a Hand Sanitizer
The effect of different types of surfactants on chlorhexidine acetate was investigated and the optimal ratio was de-termined. Laboratory research was carried out on the bactericidal effect of chlorhexidine acetate hand sanitizer by suspension quantitative sterilization test, and it was found that the sterilization rate of 0.5% chlorhexidine acetate hand sanitizer on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli was >90% for 2 min, and the foaming power of the epiactivation system was good.
