Study on the Influence of Fixed Composite Bacteria on the Treatment of Ammonia-Nitrogen Wastewater
With the development of energy economy, the growth of urban population and the complex situation of water en-vironment, the direct discharge of wastewater with high concentrations of ammonia and nitrogen into water bodies can easily cause red tides in seawater and water wars in lakes. Moreover, the nitrite contained in wastewater with high concentration of ammonia and nitrogen can easily cause cancer, disease and malformation in human body. In order to further curb eutrophica-tion of water bodies and solve the environmental problems caused by high concentration of ammonia nitrogen wastewater, the state has included ammonia nitrogen into the total control index of major pollutants. This experiment takes the relevant bioreactor as the means, takes livestock and poultry wastewater as the treatment object, combines the composite bacteria agent with the immobilized material, and investigates the treatment effect of the immobilized composite bacteria on the high concentration ammonia nitrogen wastewater under the influence of different pH, different temperature and different initial concentration. The optimal conditions were pH 8, temperature 30℃ and initial concentration 400 mg/L, which met the am-monia nitrogen standard of livestock and poultry wastewater.
