Determination of Aniline and 2-Chloroaniline in Plastic Runways Using Zeolitic Imidazolate Framework-70 as Solid Phase Microextraction Coating
A rapid method for the determination of aniline and 2-chloroaniline in plastic runways was developed with a zeo-litic imidazolate framework material (ZIF-70) as solid-phase microextraction (SPME) coating by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The optimal conditions were as follows: extraction temperature 60℃, extraction time 30 min. Under the optimal conditions, the calibration curve for benzene was linear in the range of 50~5000 ng/g with limit of detec-tion of 1.8~2.1 ng/g and limit of quantitation of 6.0 ~7.0 ng/g,respectively.This method was applied in the analysis of ani-line and 2-chloroaniline in a plastic runway sample with recoveries of 80.3%~98.2%.
