摘要

将沸石咪唑酯骨架材料(ZIF-70)制成固相微萃取涂层,结合气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS),建立了一种快速灵敏分析跑道面层成品中苯胺与2-氯苯胺的方法.实验优化条件:萃取温度60℃,萃取时间30 min,脱附温度230℃.在最优条件下,该方法测定样品中苯胺与2-氯苯胺的线性范围为50~5000 ng/g,检出限为1.8~2.1 ng/g,定量限为6.0~7.0 ng/g.该方法应用于实际跑道面层样品中苯胺与2-氯苯胺的检测,加标回收率为80.3%~98.2%.

Abstract

A rapid method for the determination of aniline and 2-chloroaniline in plastic runways was developed with a zeo-litic imidazolate framework material (ZIF-70) as solid-phase microextraction (SPME) coating by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The optimal conditions were as follows: extraction temperature 60℃, extraction time 30 min. Under the optimal conditions,the calibration curve for benzene was linear in the range of 50~5000 ng/g with limit of detec-tion of 1.8~2.1 ng/g and limit of quantitation of 6.0 ~7.0 ng/g,respectively.This method was applied in the analysis of ani-line and 2-chloroaniline in a plastic runway sample with recoveries of 80.3%~98.2%.
