摘要

基于问题为导向的教学方法,构建了观察启发式教学模式.以凝胶渗透色谱分析为例,更新实验内容,将科学前沿引入课堂中.通过实验课上学生观察仪器和教师问题启发,带动了学生自主协作完成实验操作和数据处理,进而提高了学生的分析测试能力、创新能力和学习自信,为将来进入工作和科研岗位打下坚实的基础.

Abstract

Observational and Heuristic Teaching Mode was constructed based on Problem Based Teaching Method. Taking the experiment of gel permeation chromatography analysis as an example, experimental teaching content were renovated by frontiers of science. Under the guidance of teacher's questions, students were actuated to finish the experimental operations and data processing autonomously and collaboratively by the observation of the instrument. The Observational and Heuristic Teaching Mode can improve students' analytical and testing abilities, innovation abilities, and learning confidence, laying a solid foundation for future work and scientific research.
