Preparation and Study of Boron Nitride Composite Carbon Fiber
With boronic acid and urea as raw material,according to the molar ratio of 1∶1,1∶2,1∶3,then with ethanol as solvent to prepare intermediates,calcination at 800℃ without oxygen,and then with different boron nitride samples and polyvinyl alcohol into precursor,and then combined with carbon fiber,calcination under 350℃ nitrogen protection to sam-ples C1,C2,C3.Using XRD detection sample lattice structure,SEM to observe the sample surface microstructure,FIRT in the change of functional groups and functional groups,compare the boron nitride samples and standard boron nitride PDF-15-0726,know the effect of boron nitride preparation is good,boronic acid and urea molar ratio of 2∶1,the raw material utilization rate is high,good crystallization.The BCN material produced by high temperature pyrolysis realizes the effective combination of h-BN and carbon material infrared spectroscopy can see the characteristic functional peak strength is obvi-ous,the sample surface composite effect of the SEM is general,the sample performance degraded methylene blue wastewa-ter by boron N composite carbon fiber,the molar ratio of 1∶2 sample photocatalytic methylene blue has the best effect,basi-cally no degradation after 260 min,and the degradation rate is 94.58%,the visible boron nitride composite carbon fiber has positive significance for the treatment of environmental wastewater.
