Study on Synthesis of High Selectivity 2-Chloronitrobenzene
Using chlorobenzene with nitric acid under the solid acid catalyst of SO42-/2Al2O3-ZrO2 to synthesis of nitro-chlorobenzene.After separation and purification obtained 2-nitrochlorobenzene which was characterized by NMR.At the same time,optimized the synthetic route,and the optimized result were chlorobenzene(1.0 eq.),nitric acid(1.1 eq.),catalyst(0.1 w/w),reaction temperature 25℃ and reaction time 1.0 h,the ratio of o-nitrochlorobenzene to pnitroch-lorobenzene was about 1∶1 and the yield was about 70.2%.
