Analysis and Countermeasures of Unqualified Quality of Light Naphtha in Hydrocracking Unit
Light Naphtha(LN)is one of the important products in the refining industry and a valuable resource with multiple uses.The light naphtha produced by the 100 and 900 units of the 1# hydrocracking unit in the aromatics plant of SINOPEC Yangzi Petrochemical Co.Ltd.can be used as raw material for the 1000# hydrogen production unit,or can be sent to the storage and transportation plant for ethylene cracking,or to the 5000#(V-5008 spherical tank in the storage and transportation workshop)for transfer to the refinery for blending gasoline.An analysis was conducted on the frequent quality issues of light naphtha products in Unit 900 of 1 # hydrocracking,aiming to identify the causes of alkali problems in light naphtha and the high content of C4 and below alkane components.A series of adjustment measures were taken to preliminarily solve the quality problems of light naphtha products in Unit 900.
