Research and Application of Coal Slime Backmixing Technology in Zhujidong Coal Preparation Plant
Coal slime is a byproduct of coal preparation plants due to its strong water holding capacity and high moisture content(mostly in 20％).The characteristics of high viscosity and low calorific value make it difficult to achieve large-scale and resource utilization,and long-term civilian use is the main way out.The article introduces the problems caused by the production and sales of coal slime at Zhujidong Coal Preparation Plant.By improving the quality and crushing of coal slime through precipitation,the coal slime is evenly mixed with commercial coal for sale,achieving the goal of canceling coal slime products and increasing the amount of commercial coal resources.The system process is simple,reliable,and has significant economic and environmental benefits.
