摘要
在对化工工艺技术的危害研究中,指出了化工工艺技术安全管理的重要意义与作用.阐述HAZOP分析方法是一种较为普遍的技术过程分析方法,在化工过程安全控制领域发挥着重要作用.将HAZOP分析方法运用于VAE乳液工业操作过程,有助于充分发现并适时消除现有工业设施的安全隐患,找出整改措施并加以实施,以便进一步提高安全工作管理水平.
Abstract
In the study of the hazards of chemical process technology,the important significance and role of safety man-agement in chemical process technology were pointed out.The HAZOP analysis method is a common technical process analysis method that plays an important role in the field of chemical process safety control.The application of HAZOP analysis method to the technical process analysis method of VAE lotion industrial operation process helps to fully dis-cover and timely eliminate the potential safety hazards of existing industrial facilities,find out and implement corrective measures,so as to further improve the safety management level of facilities.
