摘要

采用双频率超声催化氧化法与光催化氧化法处理2,3-二氯吡啶蒸馏抽滤废水,出水COD从5 541 mg/L降至500 mg/L以下,COD去除率大于90%,同时采用COD在线监测仪,废水处理达标后进出水储罐,然后进生化系统处理,不合格废水可以直接返回催化氧化系统,继续氧化,直到出水COD小于500 mg/L.

Abstract

Two-frequency ultrasonic catalytic oxidation and photo catalytic oxidation were used to treat 2,3-dichloropyri-dine distillation wastewater.The effluent COD value can be reduced to less than 500 mg/L,and the COD removal rate is greater than 90%.At the same time,COD online monitor is used to ensure that qualified wastewater is treated into the stor-age tank and then into the biochemical system for treatment.The unqualified wastewater is returned to the catalytic oxida-tion system for further oxidation until the effluent COD is less than 500 mg/L.
