Simultaneous Determination of 25 Inorganic Elements in Agkistrodon Acutus and Agkistrodon Acutus Broiled by Alcohol by ICP and ICP-MS
Objective:To investigate the content of inorganic elements in Agkistrodon acutus and Agkistrodon acutus broiled by alcohol, and to provide scientific basis for the development and safety of Agkistrodon acutus medicinal resources.Method:Microwave digestion ICP and ICP-MS were used to determine the content of 25 inorganic elements, including Li,Be,Ti,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,Ga,As,Sr,Mg、K、Cd、Sn、Ca,Ba,Hg,Tl,Pb,Bi,etc.Result:There are abundant inorganic elements in the Agkistrodon acutus and Agkistrodon acutus broiled by alcohol.Be,Sb,and Bi elements were not detected in the Agkistrodon acutus, while Be and Sb elements were not detected in the Agkistrodon acutus broiled by alcohol. The detected content values of Cu,Pb,Cd and As are far less than the limit standard values specified in the"Green Industry Standard for Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of Medicinal Plants and Preparations".The Hg content in the wine Agkistrodon acutus broiled by alcohol is 0.332~0.463 mg/kg,exceeding the specified limit value of 0.2 mg/kg.The Nemero comprehensive pollution index of heavy metals and harmful elements in Agkistrodon acutus is less than 0.7,which is evaluated as excellent. The Nemero comprehensive pollution index of heavy metals and harmful elements in Agkistrodon acutus broiled by alcohol is 1.39,which is evaluated as light pollution. Conclusion:Agkistrodon acutus and Agkistrodon acutus broiled by alcohol contain abundant inorganic elements, which can provide scientific basis for their clinical medicinal safety.
