摘要
通过设计正交实验优化贝诺酯的合成实验条件,结合教学中积累的经验,提出更加适合药学本科实验教学的实验方法.既减少了实验室环境污染,又提高了目标产物收率,并将其在学生实践中进行推广,取得了良好的教学效果.
Abstract
Through the design of orthogonal tests to optimize the synthetic conditions of benorylate,combined with teaching experience,and put forward an experimental method which is more suitable for pharmacy undergraduate experimental teaching.Both reduce the lab environment pollution,and improve the target product yield.In the student practice test,has obtained the good teaching effect.
