摘要
在教材原有方案中添加天然抑菌成分鱼腥草提取液,提高洗手液的抑菌性能.利用Design Expert软件优化鱼腥草抑菌洗手液的制备参数,得出最佳制备工艺.抑菌性能测试结果表明,鱼腥草洗手液具有优越的抑菌效果.
Abstract
In this comprehensive experiment,the extract of Houttuynia cordata was added into the hand sanitizer to im-prove the antibacterial performance.Design Expert software was used to optimize the process parameters of antibacterial hand sanitizer with Houttuynia cordata,to obtain the best preparation conditions of antibacterial hand sanitizer.The supe-rior bacteriostatic performance of Houttuynia hand sanitizer was demonstrated via bacteriostatic experiment.
