摘要
"聚合物基复合材料"是复合材料与工程专业重要的专业课,就基体而言,围绕该课程开设的实验以玻璃纤维增强热固性树脂和热塑性通用树脂为主.这些聚合物基复合材料制备实验所用设备通常是大型仪器设备,如模压机、缠绕机和注塑机等.实验教学过程中,由于台套数限制,以教师演示操作为主,学生缺乏主动性和能动性,实验样品缺少特色,实验教学效果欠佳.为了增加实验的趣味性,激发学生的创新性,以氧化石墨烯(GO)/海藻酸钠(SA)复合凝胶球制备作为"聚合物基复合材料"专业课程实验,培养学生实验操作能力.实践表明,该实验拓展了"聚合物基复合材料"专业课程实验内容,培养了团队协作精神,锻炼了学生解决问题的能力,提高了学生实验操作的技能.
Abstract
Polymer Matrix Composites is an important professional course for the specialty of composites and engineering.In terms of the matrix,glass fiber reinforced thermosetting resin and thermoplastic general resins are mainly the profes-sional experiment around this course.The equipment used in the preparation experiments of these Polymer Matrix Compos-ites is usually large instruments and equipment,such as mold presses,winding machines,and injection molding machines.During the experimental teaching process,teachers mainly demonstrate the operation teaching due to the limitation of the number of sets.This leads to students lack initiative and initiative,and experimental samples lack characteristics,and the effect of experimental teaching is not ideal.In order to increase the interest of experiments and stimulate the creativity of stu-dents,the preparation of graphene oxide/alginate composite gel balls would be a professional experiment of Polymer Matrix Composites course to cultivate experimental design ability of students.Practice shows that the experimental content of Poly-mer Matrix Composites has been expanded and the cooperative spirit,ability to solve problems and experimental operation skills of students have been cultivated.
