分析化学是一门研究物质的组成、含量、结构和形态等化学信息的分析方法及理论的科学.通过剖析分析化学课程在各药学专业教学中存在与药学知识联系较少的情况,提出利用问题导向教学法将药学元素融合于分析化学教学中.以碘量法为例,通过课前预习、课中互动教学、课后反思和评价等方面具体阐述该课程改革的探索过程,以期培养出理论知识深厚、实践能力强的药学分析人才.
Exploration of Integrating"Drug Element"into Analytical Chemistry Teaching Based on Problem-based Learning:Taking Iodometry as an example
Analytical Chemistry is a science that studies the analytical methods and theories of chemical information such as the composition,content,structure and morphology of substances.By analyzing the situation that the analytical chemis-try course has less connection with pharmaceutical knowledge in the teaching of pharmaceutical majors.This paper propos-es to use the problem-based learning method to integrate"pharmaceutical elements"into the teaching of Analytical Chemis-try.Taking Iodometry as an example,this paper elaborates on the exploration process of the course reform through pre-class preview,interactive teaching,reflection and evaluation after class,in order to cultivate profound theoretical knowl-edge of pharmaceutical analysis talents with strong practical abilities.
