2,2′-联吡啶合成工艺研究

以NiAPO-34分子筛为催化剂,固定床为反应器,采用吡啶为原料偶联反应合成2,2′-联吡啶.系统考查了金属含量、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应压力以及空速的影响,筛选出合适的反应条件.在NiO∶Al2O3摩尔比为0.06∶1,催化剂用量70%,反应温度为400℃,反应压力为0.6MPa,空速为0.6h-1的最优条件下,2,2′-联吡啶收率和选择性最高,分别为83%和90.2%.该工艺操作简单,安全性高,收率高,适合工业化生产.
Study on the Synthesis Process of 2,2′-Bipyridine
2,2′-Bipyridine was synthesized by using the pyridine as raw material in fixed bed reactor. The influence of NiO∶Al2O3 ratio,catalyst amount,residence temperature,pressure and airspeed was systematically investigated,and suit-able reaction conditions were selected. The optimal conditions for diazotization were as follows:the ratio of NiO∶Al2O3 was 0.06∶1,the amount of catalyst was 70%,the temperature was 400℃,the pressure was 0.6 Mpa and the airspeed was 0.6 h-1,the yield and selectivity of 2,2′-bipyridine were the highest,at 83% and 90.2%,respectively. The process realizes the continuous synthesis of 2,2′-bipyridine has high safety and high yield,and is suitable for industrial produc-tion.
