摘要

酒店布草一般是在60℃~90℃的温度条件下洗涤,热能消耗大,对面料的伤害严重,多次洗涤后会导致布草表面黄变与泛灰,使用寿命缩短.为了实现布草的冷水清洗,通过正交实验确定了低温清洗剂伯烷基磺酸钠(PAS80)、溶剂乙二醇苯醚、碱剂碳酸氢钠、油脂软化剂喜赫无磷羧乙基硫代丁二酸(CETSA)的用量分别为3g/L、1g/L、4g/L、3g/L,可以获得较好的冷水洗涤效果.将四种洗涤剂原料的组合与无磷环保型EDDHA-Na复配,可获得具有防止钙镁离子沉积效果的无磷清洗剂.

Abstract

The traditional hotel linen is washed at the temperature of 60℃~90℃,which consumes a lot of heat energy and causes serious damage to the fabric. In order to realize the cold water cleaning of linen,it was determined by orthogonal test that the low-temperature cleaning agent PAS80,solvent ethylene glycol phenyl ether,alkali sodium bicarbonate and oil softener CETSA were used in 3 g/L,1 g/L,4 g/L and 3 g/L,which can obtain better cold-water washing effect,the combination of four detergent materials and EDDHA-Na was compounded to obtain a phosphorus-free detergent with the effect of preventing calcium and magnesium ion deposition.
