摘要
化工园区安全风险评估指的是系统性地辨识化工园区存在的安全风险,针对性地采取防范化解安全风险措施,为政府设立的化工园区高标准建设提供强有力的安全保障.采用评估软件对化工园区存在的风险进行分析、计算,得出化工园区存在的整体个人风险和社会风险值,已成为落实化工园区的安全风险等级和管控措施的一种便捷可操作的方法.
Abstract
The safety risk assessment of chemical industrial parks is a systematic identification of safety risks in chemi-cal industrial parks,targeted measures to prevent and resolve safety risks,and provides strong safety guarantees for the high standard construction of chemical industrial parks established by the government. Most risk assessments of chemi-cal industrial parks use assessment software to analyze and calculate the overall personal and social risk values of chemi-cal industrial parks,which has become a convenient and operational method in implementing safety risk levels and con-trol measures in chemical industrial parks.
