从酸浸高铜炉渣回收铜、锌的氨浸工艺研究

Process Study on the Recovery of Copper and Zinc from Acid Leaching High Copper Furnace Slag by Ammonia Leaching Process

以硫酸浸取后的酸浸高铜炉渣为原料,以氨水-铵盐溶液为氨浸剂,以酸浸高铜炉渣中铜、锌元素的浸取率为考查指标,首先通过筛选实验,考查并确定氨浸剂溶液中较适宜的铵盐为碳酸铵;考查并确定酸浸高铜炉渣氨浸过程较适宜的工艺条件:浸取时间12h,浸取温度30℃,氨水初始浓度7.8mol·L-1,碳酸铵初始浓度1.31mol·L-1,搅拌速率200r/min,此优化条件下酸浸高铜炉渣中铜、锌的浸取率可达89.77%、90.64%.
This paper uses the acid leaching high copper slag after sulfuric acid leaching as raw material,ammonia-ammonium solution as ammonium leaching agent,and the leaching rate of copper and zinc elements in acid leaching high copper slag as the index. The optimized conditions were:leaching time of 12 h,leaching temperature of 30℃,initial con-centration of ammonia 7.8 mol·L-1,initial concentration of ammonium carbonate 1.31 mol·L-1,stirring rate of 200 r/min,the leaching rate of copper and zinc from acid leaching high copper slag could reach 89.77% and 90.64% under this opti-mized condition.
