Application of Activated Carbon Adsorption Desorption+Catalytic Combustion Process in Spray Organic Waste Gas Treatment Engineering
In order to solve the problem of substandard spraying organic exhaust gas emissions of a machinery manufac-turing enterprise in Changzhou, the traditional activated carbon adsorption process was upgraded to "dry filtration+acti-vated carbon adsorption desorption+catalytic combustion" process. After monitoring, the concentration of non-methane hydrocarbon emissions of exhaust pollutants was<50 mg/m3,and the removal efficiency reached 80%~90%. It meets the Comprehensive Emission Standard of Air Pollutants (DB 32/4041—2021). The operation cost of waste gas treatment facilities has been greatly reduced, and certain economic benefits are achieved while environmental protection standards are met.
