摘要

江苏某高新区再生水厂以各企业预处理排放尾水为原水,采用化学沉淀、生化处理和超滤及反渗透膜分离等组合工艺流程,将含磷废水与不含磷废水分质分段处理,系统设计合理,处理效果良好,直接运行成本为6.25元/m3,出水水质达到《地面水环境质量标准》GB 3838—2002中Ⅳ类标准要求,并提供给高新区相关企业回用.

Abstract

A regeneration water plant in a high-tech zone in Jiangsu uses pre-treated wastewater from various enterpris-es as raw water. The combined process flow of chemical precipitation,biochemical treatment,ultrafiltration,and reverse osmosis membrane separation is used to treat phosphorus and non phosphorus containing wastewater separately in differ-ent stages. The system is designed reasonably and has good processing effects,with a direct operating cost of 6.25 yuan/m3. The effluent quality meets the requirements of Class Ⅳ standard in the Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water(GB 3838—2002) and is provided to relevant enterprises in the high-tech zone for reuse.
