Comprehensive Experimental Design and Practice of Functional Polymers:Preparation and properties testing of lignin based hydrogels
With the goal of cultivating high-quality application-oriented talents,student-centered,scientific research achievements were organically integrated into teaching,and an innovative experiment of "preparation and performance re-search of lignin hydrogel" was designed. Lignin based hydrogels were prepared by graft copolymerization with sodium lig-nosulfonate as substrate and acrylic acid as graft monomer,and their adsorption properties were tested. The article ex-plains the experimental design from the aspects of experimental principles,instruments and materials,experimental pro-cesses,and product structural performance analysis,and elaborates on the implementation of "curriculum ideological and political education" and experimental assessment methods during the experimental process. This experiment has the characteristics of good scientific cutting-edge,strong operability,and comprehensive professional content,deepening stu-dents′ understanding of the preparation process of functional polymers and the mechanism of graft copolymerization reac-tion,ultimately achieving the cultivation goal of strengthening students′ professional confidence,enhancing their re-search interest and innovation ability.
