碳纤维表面碳涂层的水热制备工艺研究

本文以葡萄糖为原料,通过简单的水热反应法在碳纤维表面制备碳涂层.利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)仪等对碳涂层进行分析,研究了葡萄糖溶液浓度和pH值对碳纤维表面碳涂层微观结构的影响规律.结果表明:碳纤维表面碳涂层的厚度随着葡萄糖溶液浓度的增加而增加;降低葡萄糖溶液的pH值可以改善碳涂层的微观结构.当葡萄糖溶液的pH<2时,可以在碳纤维表面制备出光滑、均匀且致密的碳涂层,而且碳涂层的厚度可以通过葡萄糖溶液的浓度进行调控.
Hydrothermal Preparation of Carbon Fiber Surface Coating
Carbon coating on the surface of carbon fiber was prepared by simple hydrothermal reaction method with glucose as raw material.The carbon coating was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM),transmission electron microscopy (TEM)and X-ray diffraction (XRD),and the effect of glucose solution concentration and pH value on the microstructure of carbon coating on the surface of carbon fi-ber was studied.The results show that the thickness of carbon coating on carbon fiber surface increases with glucose concentration;Reducing the pH value of glucose solution can improve the microstructure of carbon coating.When pH of glucose solution is less than 2,a smooth,uniform and dense carbon coating can be prepared on the surface of carbon fibers,and the thickness of the carbon coating can be adjusted by the concentration of glucose solution.
