为了探索激光选区熔化316 L不锈钢熔池对力学性能的影响,本研究通过激光选区熔化技术打印4组不同工艺参数的12个样品,并对样品进行室温拉伸和微观结构表征,提出了基于Matlab工具箱以及改进Canny算法提取熔池面积,同时观察每组的熔池面积与每组对应抗拉强度的变化曲线.结果表明:熔池面积逐渐增大的同时,其样品抗拉强度也随之增大,两者具有同样的变化趋势,不仅如此,当熔池面积达到最大值0.042 mm2时,抗拉强度达到最大值509.46 MPa.
Effect of Laser Selective Melting on Mechanical Properties of 316L Stainless Steel Molten Pool
In order to explore the effect of laser selective melting of 316L stainless steel molten pool on mechanical properties,12 samples were printed by laser selective melting technique with 4 groups of dif-ferent process parameters,and the samples were subj ected to room temperature tensile and microstruc-tural characterization,and the extraction of melt pool area based on Matlab toolbox as well as improved Canny algorithm was proposed,while the variation curve of molten pool area of each group and the corre-sponding tensile strength of each group were observed.The results show that the molten pool area is gradually increasing,and tensile strength of the samples increased accordingly,showing the same trend. The tensile strength reached its maximum value of 509.46 MPa when the molten pool area reached its maximum value of 0.042 mm2 .
